Encore Catering Pty Ltd is a family business run by sisters Lorraine and Leanne.

We pride ourselves on making all of our salads and sweets ourselves using the best ingredients and traditional family recipes. We arrive at your function about 15 minutes prior to your eating time with our hot roast meats, salads or vegetables, desserts and much more ready to go. We supply all food as indicated in the menu along with sturdy disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and condiments. We ask you to supply a trestle and table cover if required.

To confirm your booking a $100 deposit is required. This deposit is non refundable unless six weeks notice of cancellation is given. Once we receive your deposit we will post you out a receipt. We will then contact you one week before your function to confirm final numbers and discuss your requirements.

A delivery fee may be applicable.
